- Monthly meetings are organized with the operational leadership of service providers to:
- Evaluate the compliance of technical and operational Standards proposed;
- Check the planning status of the project;
- Identify the problems and difficulties;
- Analyze suggestions and/or requests;
- Propose solutions;
- Adjust the administrative and operational processes;
- Establish corrective or preventive measures;
- Set or realign the goals and timetables of the next work period.
Quality
Nemus developed a quality and concept evaluation methodology of services provided by the all service providers, by which aspects are evaluated:
- The application of the silvicultural techniques that were oriented;
- The compliance with the standards of Health and Work safety, regulated in the Regulator Norm;
- The good environmental practices, with regard to the handling and disposal of waste generated in the process; damage to remaining native vegetation; impact to the soil and water resources, among others;
- The suitability of machinery, implements and equipments utilized.
This verification process, which aims to monitor, in real time, the performance of services provided by the contracted companies, guarantees the excellence in the plantation final quality to:
- Ensure the compliance of operational, technical and legal procedures in the activities implementation;
- Enabling the corrective actions immediately after the identification of the technical or operational non-compliance.
Environmental management
Nemus has a high-qualified team to ensure that all projects meet the requirements of environmental legislation by performing, if necessary, the regularization of areas, environmental impact studies and environmental license.
Product marketing
